If this option doesn’t suit you, you can download our phone app and check out there our offers. You can even opt to buy one and pay with your bank account or credit card, linked to our app.

Tom: What are included in the price of an offer?
Answer: Hi Tom!
In the price of an offer are included the listed benefits under the room’s type. In order to see these benefits, click on the offer and a pop-up will show you all the listed facilities.
If you are using our phone app, just select the desired offer. Your screen will be loaded with your selected offer price, destination, food options, main objectives and all the included benefits.

Peter: Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Answer: Hello Peter!
In order to make a reservation, a credit card is mandatory on most hotels. However, we are able to make you a reservation on a small, but increasing, number on hotels.
Also, you can make a reservation using your friend’s credit card, with his permission. You just need to provide us your friend’s full name and to mention that you are not using your credit card in the special designated checkbox.
Unfortunately, this option is not available on our phone app. We are planning to include this feature in our next update. Stay focused!

Susan: How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
Answer: Hello Susan!
Once you finished your reservation form, after you click the Submit button, a confirmation page will be shown. This confirmation contains all your offer details, including also your reservation number and PIN code. Your reservation number and PIN code will be for use only if you decide to reach our Customer Service in order to modify aspects about your reservation.
Also, you will receive your confirmation details in a personalized mail format.
